All orders are shipped within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) provided the items are in stock
You have the choice of Royal Mail (1st or 2nd Class) or Parcelforce shipping methods at checkout. For larger or more expensive orders only Parcelforce may be available, this is due to the insurance or weight allowance on cheaper services not being sufficient.
Royal Mail 1st Class - Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting (including Saturdays). However it is not a guaranteed service and could take up to 3 days to arrive. This is not a tracked service.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - items are delivered in two to three working days. Royal Mail aim to deliver 98% of 2nd Class items within three working days of posting although they could take up to 2 weeks. This is not a tracked service.
Parcelforce Express 48 - This is a tracked and guaranteed service meaning your order will arrive within 48 hours of posting.
Parcelforce Express 24 - This is a tracked and guaranteed service meaning your order will arrive within 24 hours of posting.
Unfortunately Royal Mail do not offer order tracking. If your order was shipped with Parcelforce then you can contact us for the tracking number if required.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and the service you choose. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Refund, Exchange and Return Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Defective items will be exchanged for a new item at no extra cost. Unless the item is defective the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).
Please email [email protected] before returning any products, stating your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide the necessary details.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The original shipping and handling that you paid on the order will not be included in any refund.
